A patient has a right to access their information. The patient can have there medical notes requested by another medical practice or for personal records. A written request is required.

There are some circumstances in which access may be denied but in such an event, the patient will be advised of the reason.

To comply with privacy legislation we do not give results to patients or family members over the phone. If you are expecting results please make a follow up appointment in 4-5 days after the test has been completed.
