Greenslopes Family Practice has a system for receiving and following up calls from patients.

Calls requiring urgent medical advice will be immediately transferred to either a doctor or nurse.

All other calls are documented and returned when a nurse or doctor becomes available. In some instances, you may be required to make an appointment to address your query.
